About Health Kneads Massage
Health Kneads Massage Therapy is a massage practice operating since 1999 that offers registered massage therapy alongside complementary services including hot stone massage, reflexology, acupuncture, cupping, fascial stretch therapy, lymphatic drainage, and shockwave massage therapy. Massage therapists are registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and the acupuncturist is registered with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. The clinic provides several massage types tailored to client needs: relaxation and stress relief, sport and deep tissue, rehabilitative and post-surgery, and pregnancy massage. Jessica Nguy, an RMT who graduated from Fleming College's massage therapy program in 2016, is a practitioner on staff, bringing an attentive treatment style that combines therapeutic touch with relaxation while prioritizing a welcoming environment and individually tailored care.
