Rewind Massage is a clinic operated by registered massage therapists certified through an accredited Alberta association, each meeting the minimum 2200 hours of training required for insurance coverage. The team includes Ashley Wilford, a paramedic-turned-therapist who specializes in injury treatment, rehabilitation, and work with children and youth, and offers cupping therapy; Tanya Rycroft, formerly a dental assistant and esthetician, who provides both relaxation and deep tissue massage and has taken specialized training in TMJ and facial massage; and Krista Muirhead, a Reiki practitioner and Access Bars facilitator with a background in nutrition. The clinic offers deep tissue and relaxation massage in sessions ranging from 45 to 120 minutes, spot treatments targeting specific zones, reflexology, TMJ massage for jaw-related pain and tension, prenatal and postnatal massage for pregnant and postpartum clients, massage combined with cupping therapy, and Access Bars treatments, a non-invasive technique involving gentle pressure on 32 points on the head intended to release negative thoughts and emotions.
