The practice emphasizes pain relief, stress reduction, and sustainable wellness routines, using high-quality massage products with unscented gel as standard; Japanese mint oil is available upon request. First appointments include a brief intake and discussion of goals before treatment begins. Direct billing to most insurance providers is available, and the studio operates from Suite 10 at the Quaintrelle Collective in St. Albert with ample parking and a comfortable guest area.
